Mahalingam Satchi, MD, FACOG, MRCOG (Great Britain), is not just on Connecticut Magazine’s list of “Top Docs” for his work as a renowned women’s health surgeon. He has also been called “Connecticut’s Best-Kept Beauty Secret” since opening Candlewood Aesthetics Medspa & Wellness Center in Danbury, Connecticut, in 2004. A Master Injector with Allergan, Dr. M. Satchi has trained extensively with internationally acclaimed plastic and cosmetic surgeons in New York City, Las Vegas, Toronto, and London.

Dr. M. Satchi is renowned for creating his own technique, using his artistry and perfectionism to produce natural yet stunning results. He is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist with over 30 years of experience and has practiced medicine in three continents—North America, Europe, and Asia. His deep knowledge of sexual health and wellness has made him a pioneer in alternative treatments for women experiencing menopause and men who struggle with sexual vitality.

Mayor Boughton declared October 8th “Dr. M. Satchi Day” in the City of Danbury, Connecticut, for his service and generosity to the community. Dr. M. Satchi served on the Executive Committee at Danbury Hospital for ten years, the highest-level committee for all hospital decisions. He supports several nonprofits and is on the Board of Directors at the Community Health Center, a medical clinic for underserved populations in Connecticut. He traveled to Sri Lanka after the 2004 tsunami to run medical clinics.

Outside the office, Dr. M. Satchi enjoys spending time with his wife, a successful pediatrician in Danbury, his three daughters and son-in-law, and his five grandchildren. His passions also include ballroom dancing, architecture, and cooking French cuisine.
